Arconite Works Terms
Version 2026-09-14.1
These terms govern your use of Arconite Works. By creating a session and using the service, you agree to this version of the terms.
1. Service and acceptance
Arconite Works is an artificial-intelligence product for creating, organizing, and continuing conversations and digital work. Talks, Library, and Memory are part of the product, with Arconite Accounts authentication and organization through authorized Spaces.
The service is at an early stage. By using it, you accept these terms and the Works Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or use the service with a legal guardian's authorization and supervision. You are responsible for securing your Google account, signing out on shared devices, and reporting unauthorized access.
Sign-in is provided by Arconite Accounts, using Google or an email code. Works maintains its own internal identifier, display profile, and explicitly sourced tier. Email alone is never used to merge accounts, transfer content, or prove ownership.
3. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in prompts, files, and other content you submit. You grant Arconite a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for what you submit. Do not submit secrets, third-party personal data, or sensitive material without an appropriate need and authorization.
4. AI-generated content
AI responses may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable. Verify important information and apply human judgment before acting.
Works is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions, publications, and uses based on responses and for respecting third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Works to:
- violate laws, rights, privacy, intellectual property, or contractual obligations;
- create or distribute fraud, malware, abuse, exploitation, harassment, or illegal content;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, models, systems, or credentials;
- circumvent limits, security controls, abuse protections, or service restrictions;
- overload, resell, or automate the service without authorization.
6. Conversations, files, and memory
On first access, one acceptance in Accounts combines the terms and authorization for Works to use Talks, Library, and Memory. Talks stores conversations, messages, and titles; Library stores and organizes files and retrieves their content for answers; Memory processes text messages, saves information admitted by its policy, and recalls it to personalize future answers.
Acceptance is associated with your account. These services are integrated into Works and have no individual connection controls in settings. Access remains subject to account, Space, and resource permissions; acceptance does not grant access to other people's data. Sign-out, data deletion, and privacy channels remain available.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including models and experimental features. We may apply reasonable limits for security, capacity, and cost.
We work to provide availability and preserve data, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or indefinite retention of drafts and history. Keep copies of essential material.
8. Suspension, termination, and data
You may stop using the service and request support or deletion through the contact below. We may restrict or terminate access to protect people and systems, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms.
After termination, data may be deleted or retained as needed for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and the exercise of rights, as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that responses will be correct, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free from content similar to content produced for others.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer protections.
10. Liability
Each party remains responsible for direct harm it causes under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Arconite is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, or decisions made without appropriate verification of AI-generated content.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, non-waivable rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be heard in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, preserving any consumer's right to choose their legally protected forum.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect when required. The displayed version and date identify the applicable text.
